Makes me feel great that in the past 6 years they've never bothered to ask me what I think ... I feel valued.</description>

		<description>One of the reasons I'm closing my account with NAB is because of their Internet Banking. I'm sick of it. It's been through about a half dozen iterations since I joined NAB back in ... well, whenever - and although a preliminary assessment might show it works as expected, after using it for several years all I have to offer in feedback is rants about unreliability. When we're dealing with Internet Banking I don't want even a hint of unreliability - yet I've had more than a hint on too many occasions.

So that and the fact they don't offer Visa Debit products is the reason I'm moving my remaining accounts to ANZ :-)</description>
