		<description>One of the reasons I&#039;m closing my account with NAB is because of their Internet Banking. I&#039;m sick of it. It&#039;s been through about a half dozen iterations since I joined NAB back in ... well, whenever - and although a preliminary assessment might show it works as expected, after using it for several years all I have to offer in feedback is rants about unreliability. When we&#039;re dealing with Internet Banking I don&#039;t want even a hint of unreliability - yet I&#039;ve had more than a hint on too many occasions.

So that and the fact they don&#039;t offer Visa Debit products is the reason I&#039;m moving my remaining accounts to ANZ :-)</description>
