I collect 96 and 98 reds and then open one 98 in September and a 96 in October - both a a special day - the birthdate of my two gorgeous girls! Too bad you're a vegetablearian, Miles. A few sips of really nice plonk increases the taste of steak. A bit like beer goggles, only not at all like beer goggles.
