		<description>Hmm rewards is a hard one; you don't want others to feel you're being unfair, and the only way you can really avoid that is either to give the rewards in secret (which then takes away the "This guy did good - perform like him!" thing) or be able to tie those rewards to very obvious and tangible performance measures - ie overtime or something.

It's a hard one - can be highly effective or terribly destructive to a team.</description>
