		<description>Hmm rewards is a hard one; you don&#039;t want others to feel you&#039;re being unfair, and the only way you can really avoid that is either to give the rewards in secret (which then takes away the &quot;This guy did good - perform like him!&quot; thing) or be able to tie those rewards to very obvious and tangible performance measures - ie overtime or something.

It&#039;s a hard one - can be highly effective or terribly destructive to a team.</description>
